PAYMENT
Payment can be made with your credit or debit card on
line or by ringing us and paying over the phone (01636 618402), or you can pay using paypal. We will only accept GB STERLING
currency when paying by postal order, cheque or Paypal. All prices shown on our site are inclusive
of any VAT and there are no hidden costs.
RETURNS
In the case of a defective item we would be happy
to offer a refund once the item is returned and providing
the item is not damaged in any way other than the
‘from new’ defect the item is being returned
for. In the case of consumables such as valves
you must inform us immediately of any defects. Tubes
that have been used and that show evidence of logo
discolouration, base score or scratches cannot be
replaced or refunded.
It will be the buyer’s sole responsibility to
cover all postage and package costs as outlined in
the listing prices. Items must be returned within
7 days of receipt of the purchased item following
the transaction and Shipping and handling will be
the buyers responsibility in the case of a return.
We cannot accept liability for valves which are operated
outside the manufacturer’s operational limits
or any breakages or valve failure due to incorrect
bias voltage or component /amplifier failure. We are
not liable for any consequential loss or damage to
individual or equipment. It will be the buyers responsibility
to ensure all possible safety measures are adhered
to whenever working with tubes or High voltage equipment.
