Cryogenically treated EH 12AX7 valves. The valves have been subjected to subzero temperatures for several days and then slowly elevated to room temp by a microprocessor controlled system. The treatment has been carried out by the worlds leading Cryogenic specialist lab. Tubes subjected to Cryo treatment undergo a molecular structural change within all the inner metal components which is known to relieve internal stresses and produce a more tactile, smooth and more rugged material. Great tubes made even better with the Cryo treatment.
What about the tone?
We definitely noticed a change in tone after the Cryo treatment was carried out. The change is subtle but noticeable. We noted a deeper tone with added clarity from the standard tube. Fantastic tubes.
